We initiated our operation by identifying and replacing any irreparable floorboards—an essential step towards ensuring structural integrity before diving into aesthetic enhancements.
Once we had replaced all damaged boards, we moved onto our intensive four-stage sanding process—each stage designed for precision that gradually refines the surface texture until achieving an impeccably smooth finish.
After completing these initial steps, we proceeded with staining using a warm shade carefully selected to complement both contemporary interiors whilst honouring traditional aesthetics intrinsic to houses like those found along New Church Road.
To seal off our work securely while enhancing durability, we applied hard-wearing hard wax oil—a product renowned for providing excellent protection against everyday wear without compromising on appearance.
